Above are cakes that served on 1st Day of Chinese New Year

From Left to Right -> lapis Legit, Nutella Sandwich, Lapis Prune, Oreo Lapis, Kek Batik

Cakes not taken photo will be Chilled Mango Cheesecake, Baked Oreo Cheesecake, Choc-mint Lapis

and all cookies that I baked previously -> Almond Cookies, Kuih Mor Corn Flakes, Pineapple nastar

Chilled Mango Cheesecake 2nd attempt

This round using Thai mango and a mixture of oreo and cracker as crust

mango taste not overwhelming compare to the 1st attempt (using Aus mangoes)

But wrong judgement - pouring the topping before the cheese filling set properly 

so the topping had melted cheese floating =  = |||
