1st attempt of Snow Skin Mooncake

This is my 1st attempt on mooncake.....

I had made an ice-cream soda rainbow snow skin mooncake

with mocha lotus paste.

Not an easy job though cos i don't expect the snow skin dough to be

so lumpy. I can't make a proper swiss roll model of the dough,
so it doesn't look exactly like the y3k book that i bought.

The end result of snow skin is not exactly what i am looking for,

it's not chewy ("Q") at all ~>_<~
