2nd batch of yesterday baking is Aunty Yochana's Mocha Marble Cheesecake...
the cake taste creamy & rich..... but i think i fill the baking tin too high
and i fail to make proper marble swirl....it look totally white out inside ~>_<~

I had use 2 pcs of 6" round baking tin....after over-filled the 1st one
I am running out of cheese filling for the 2nd one....
so i re-do 1 more batch of cheese filling and decide to make a zebra cheesecake

As I didn't warm up my knife so the cutting edge doesn't look sharp at all ~>_<~
