Trying to clear the egg whites in my freezer, I search for angel cake recipe from internet
This is a pure egg white recipe and I did make slight amendment by adding
a bit of oil and reduce of sugar usage. I actually tot it will fail but here it it ......

Opinion: can add more oil cos the texture is a bit heavy and dry compare to Chiffon cake
