2nd attempt on this cheesecake recipe,
still unable to get the same texture as aunty meilih cheesecake
This time the texture is more towards the light cheesecake that
I had taste in Singapore when it was 1st introduced by a
Japanese Supermarket very long time ago.
The creamy taste is what i like the most.
Will keep on trying until i can get the same texture as aunty meilih
baked on the final products presentation day ^____^
